Rinsing ain’t gonna cut it, you will need to wash it with warm water and soap or rinse it out with Hydrogen Peroxide to get rid of all the germs left behind from you mouth…..Just buy a wide mouth refillable bottle and fill it from the tap, or filtered water now thats saving cash….
